He is responsible for charting the future of Finca Leola and understanding the changes that are necessary to continue to pursue the vision of returning farms to forest.

Amy Morgan — Administration. As a professional editor, Amy is responsible for any typos you find on this website, so let her know about them. Fred and Amy have been married since 1980 and have two grown children.

Wilson Gutierrez and Nelson Ruiz— General managers. Wilson oversees operations and Nelson manages the farm crews that plant and maintain the trees.

Angie Fernández — Graduated top of her class and went on to manage several crews on 5,000 hectares. Now she oversees the planting and care of the trees.
